Before joining the VMS team, I spent four years working in a public school setting and recently wrapped up my first year at VMS, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of varying needs and learning styles. These experiences have deepened my belief in the Montessori philosophy, which emphasizes that every child is a unique learner and thrives in a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports their mental, emotional, and physical development!

I am passionate about creating a classroom where all children and their families feel welcomed, loved, and valued. I specialize in hands-on, project-based learning, supported by my certification in Project Lead the Way (PLTW). I’m also certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), which allows me to support children through a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs. In addition, I hold a Montessori certification through Seton Montessori Institute and am currently undergoing additional Early Childhood training to continue growing as an educator and be the very best I can for your child!
