Hello, my name is Sierra! I graduated in May with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. During my time in college, I gained valuable experience working in a variety of school settings, which allowed me to build strong classroom management skills and a deep appreciation for student-centered learning. I also spent two years working at a summer camp, where I found creative ways to engage children through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.

I am passionate about guiding children through their learning journey in a calm, supportive, and structured environment. I believe in fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence in every learner.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I also love crafting, golfing, and finding new ways to stay creative and active.

I am very excited to begin this new journey at Montessori!
